Candle care tips

Keep your candles looking beautiful and burning safely with these simple tips:

1. Trim the Wick
Before lighting, trim the wick to about ¼ inch (6 mm). This helps prevent soot, uneven burning, and excessive flickering.

2. Burn for the Right Amount of Time
Allow your candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface. For most candles, 1–3 hours is ideal. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

3. Keep Away from Drafts
Place candles away from fans, vents, or open windows. Drafts can cause uneven burning or dripping.

4. Use a Stable Surface
Always place your candle on a heat-resistant, flat surface to prevent tipping or damage.

5. Extinguish Safely
Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Avoid using water, as it can cause wax to splatter.

6. Store Properly
Keep candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. This helps preserve color, scent, and shape.

7. Never Leave Unattended
Always supervise burning candles, especially around children or pets. Safety first!

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to request a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
